Three years of community, cultura, and resistance, let’s celebrate.

In this soulful session, Dane Reál, musician, embodiment guide, and ancestral healer, leads us into the transformative world of music as emotional alchemy. Whether it’s the songs that crack our hearts open, lyrics that echo our deepest longings, or the melodies that remind us of who we once were, music has the power to awaken, stir, and move energy that words alone cannot reach.

Together, we’ll explore how music can serve as a companion through grief, a mirror for memory, and a tool for somatic release. You’ll be invited to reflect on the songs that live in your bones, the soundtracks that have shaped your story, and how creating or connecting with music can move stagnant emotion through the body. We’ll engage in light vocal release, breathwork, and guided reflection to activate the body’s innate ability to feel and let go, through rhythm, resonance, and remembrance.

This is a space for artists and non-artists alike, for anyone who has ever cried to a song, screamed in the car with the windows down, or found themselves humming a tune that seemed to carry their ancestors’ voices.

Queer Fire Circle: Our Coming Out Stories

Tonight, we gather around this fire not just for warmth, but for truth—for the kind of truth that lives in our bones, burns in our chest, and sometimes takes years to find the right words. Our theme is “Coming Out Stories” and this space is for all the layers, all the timelines, and all the ways we have stepped into ourselves.

Coming out isn’t always a single moment—it’s a process, a collection of small and big steps, brave whispers, loud declarations, quiet understandings, and sometimes… nothing spoken at all. Some of us came out young, others later. Some of us are still figuring it out. Some of us came out again and again and again—to family, to lovers, to the mirror.

There’s no one way to come out. There’s no “right” way. But every story shared tonight adds fuel to the fire of our collective courage.

This is a space of deep respect and care. You can speak, listen, or sit in silence—your presence is enough. 

Let’s honor the fire within and the ones we’re building together.
